ABOUT THE ROLE

As an AI Video Specialist, you'll master cutting-edge AI tools (Runway ML, Pika AI, Synthesia) to generate video content from text prompts and images. You'll become an expert in prompt engineering,

understanding how to coax the best results from generative AI models.

This is a hands-on technical role perfect for someone who loves experimenting with new technology, solving creative problems, and shipping high-quality work at speed.

You'll work directly with AI video generation tools every day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI VIDEO GENERATION (50%)

- Operate Runway ML, Pika AI, Synthesia, and D-ID tools
- Generate scene-by-scene video from text prompts
- Write effective prompts to achieve desired visual results
- Generate multiple takes and select best options
- Troubleshoot generation issues and iterate
- Maintain consistency with character/scene reference databases
- Produce 20-30 minutes of finished video per week

PROMPT ENGINEERING & OPTIMIZATION (25%):
- Develop prompt templates for different story types (romance, fantasy, sci-fi, etc.)
- Test and refine prompts to achieve better results
- Document what works and what doesn't (build knowledge base)
- Create character/scene reference libraries for consistency
- Optimize generation parameters (resolution, duration, style)




- Train other specialists on prompt best practices

QUALITY ASSURANCE (15%)

- Review generated videos for quality, consistency, and brand alignment
- Flag issues: character inconsistency, poor quality, artifacts, audio sync problems
- Document issues and suggest fixes
- Participate in QC meetings and feedback loops
- Maintain quality standards across all generations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL

Experience

- 2+ years with AI/generative tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, Runway, Pika, etc.)
- OR 2+ years in video production/editing with strong interest in AI
- OR strong technical background with experience learning current tools quickly
- Understanding of video quality, composition, and storytelling

Technical Skills

- Proficiency with at least one AI image/video generation tool
- Basic understanding of video formats, codecs, resolution
- Comfort with command line/technical interfaces (if needed)
- Robust attention to detail and quality standards

DESIRED

- Experience with multiple AI tools (Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney)
- Prompt engineering experience
- Video production background
- Experience with character design or storyboarding
- Portfolio or examples of AI-generated work
- Understanding of storytelling and narrative structure
