Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area for an AI Video Editor cum Social Media Manager. The role involves planning, editing, and producing short- and long-form video content using AI tools and traditional editing workflows. The individual will be responsible for color grading, adding motion graphics, and creating visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, scheduling and publishing content, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing content strategies based on audience engagement.



The role also requires close collaboration with creative and marketing team members to maintain consistent messaging and deliver projects within deadlines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in video production and video editing to create high-quality, platform-ready content.
- Candidates should possess skills in video color grading to ensure consistent, professional visual presentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics and graphics to design engaging visual elements and overlays.
- Experience using AI-based video tools, social media platforms, and content scheduling tools is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and analytics across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Ability to work in office in the Greater Kolkata Area, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
- A relevant diploma or degree in media, film, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
