Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI Video Editor cum Social Media Manager role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves planning, editing, and producing video content using AI tools and traditional editing workflows for multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities include creating short-form and long-form videos, optimizing color grading and motion graphics, and ensuring brand consistency across visuals. The role also includes managing social media channels, scheduling and publishing content, monitoring performance metrics, and refining strategies to increase reach and engagement. Collaboration with content creators, designers,



and marketing team members is expected to align all output with overall brand and campaign goals.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in video production and video editing, including working with AI-based editing tools.
- Proficiency in video color grading and motion graphics to enhance visual quality and storytelling.
- Ability to create and adapt graphics for social media and video content.
- Experience managing social media platforms, content calendars, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with video and design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
- Solid understanding of social media trends, platform formats, and audience behavior.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to incorporate feedback.
- Relevant education or training in media, design, communication, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar content or social media role is preferred but not mandatory.
