Role Description The Ai Video Editor cum SMM role at Veellon is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. In this role, the professional will use AI-assisted tools and traditional editing techniques to produce and refine video content for various digital platforms. Daily responsibilities include editing video footage, applying color grading, creating motion graphics and visual assets, and ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

The role also includes managing social media channels, planning and scheduling posts, optimizing content for engagement, monitoring performance metrics,



and coordinating with the content and marketing teams to support overall strategy. The individual will be expected to stay updated on trends in short-form video, social media platforms, and AI tools to continuously improve output quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to plan, assemble, and refine video content for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and maintain consistent look and feel across projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, titles, and animations for videos and social media posts.
- Experience with AI-based video editing or content tools, and familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) is beneficial.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to work within deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams on-site.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
