We are looking for an AI Trainer for Educators who can help teachers, academic professionals, and education leaders understand and practically apply Artificial Intelligence in teaching and learning.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both AI technology and education and can translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, classroom-ready applications.

Job Summary

As an AI Trainer, you will design and conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and masterclasses for educators.

You will help teachers move beyond simply learning about AI tools and show them how to use AI effectively in their day-to-day teaching practice.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with emerging AI tools, experimenting with current workflows, and demonstrating practical use cases for educators.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct AI training sessions, workshops, and masterclasses for teachers and educators.
- Demonstrate practical applications of Generative AI in education.
- Train educators on AI tools for lesson planning, teaching resources, assessment, and content creation.
- Develop practical training materials, demonstrations, activities, and use cases.
- Help educators integrate AI into online, offline, and hybrid teaching environments.
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools, platforms, features, and educational applications.
- Evaluate AI tools based on their genuine usefulness in education rather than trends or hype.




- Simplify complex AI concepts and explain them in an educator-friendly manner.
- Support educators in developing efficient AI-powered workflows for teaching and productivity.

- AI-assisted lesson planning
- Worksheet, assessment, quiz, and question-paper creation
- AI-powered PPT and presentation creation
- Study material and educational content generation
- Gamification and interactive learning using AI
- Prompt engineering and prompt optimization
- AI-powered productivity workflows
- Vibe coding and AI-assisted creation
- AI tools for online, offline, and hybrid classrooms
- AI-powered educational resources and activities
- Emerging AI tools with practical applications in education

Requirements
- Proven experience training teachers, educators, trainers, or academic professionals in AI.
- Strong understanding of teaching, pedagogy, and classroom practices.
- Excellent practical knowledge of current AI tools and workflows.
- Experience conducting workshops, webinars, masterclasses, or professional development programs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.




- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to demonstrate practical AI use cases rather than only explain theoretical concepts.
- Recognised AI or technology certifications will be an advantage.
- A portfolio of AI-enabled educational projects, workshops, training programs, or resources will be highly valued.

Compensation

Compensation is flexible and will be based on experience, expertise, and demonstrated capability.

Exceptional candidates with strong practical experience and a proven educator-training portfolio will be considered accordingly.
