We are creating an AI-native platform that helps engineering teams execute the software delivery lifecycle with speed, quality, and control - from planning and implementation to testing, release, governance, and production feedback.

We're looking for an AI UX Designer who is passionate about designing intuitive AI experiences and wants to redefine how developers collaborate with intelligent agents throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Design intuitive AI-powered user experiences for developers, DevOps engineers, and engineering leaders.
- Create end-to-end user journeys for AI agents, copilots, conversational interfaces, and autonomous workflows.
- Design interactions that make AI recommendations transparent, explainable, and trustworthy.
- Translate complex engineering workflows into simple, efficient, and delightful user experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, customer interviews, and design validation sessions.
- Build wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, AI Engineers, Platform Engineers, and Frontend Developers to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Contribute to and evolve Revolte's design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Use customer insights, analytics, and usability findings to continuously improve product experiences.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI interaction patterns, agentic UX, and developer tooling trends.

What We Are Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or Interaction Design for SaaS products.




- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design and enterprise software experiences.
- Passion for AI, developer tools, and emerging technologies.
- Deep empathy for users with strong user-centered design thinking.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
- Ability to simplify highly technical concepts into intuitive experiences.

Technical Skils

- Expert proficiency in Figma, FigJam, prototyping, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility.
- Experience designing AI-powered interfaces, chat experiences, copilots, or workflow automation products.
- Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Familiarity with developer tools, Git workflows, CI/CD, cloud platforms, or enterprise software is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams using modern design handoff workflows.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, GA4, or Mixpanel.
