About the Role :

We are seeking AI Technical Lead who can lead and manage the engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of AI products through effective Agile execution, while driving engineering excellence and maintaining strong stakeholder collaboration and management .

Role Details - AI Technical Lead

Work Location: Remote (India)

Key Skills :

1. Own technical delivery of AI solutions across sprints.
2. Break down architecture into implementable user stories and tasks as per INVEST criteria.
3. Lead developers, AI engineers, and platform engineers.
4. Ensure code quality, security, testing, and deployment standards.
5. Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
6. Manage technical risks, dependencies, and impediments.
7. Work closely with BA, PM, and Architect.
8. Ensure CI/CD, DevOps, and ML Ops practices are followed.
9.



Drive performance optimization and production readiness.
10. Support production releases and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- Experience Range - 6yrs +
- Mandatory Certifications : Scrum/Protected certifications & Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Notice Period: Immediate – 30 Days
