Description

We are looking for a strong hands-on AI Engineer to build and deploy production-grade Multi-Agent AI solutions on Microsoft Azure AI Foundry. The role focuses on Agentic AI, RAG, enterprise AI integration, backend engineering, security, observability, and DevOps. The ideal candidate should have a production-first mindset, solid ownership, and experience building scalable AI platforms, rather than working primarily with low-code tools or experimental AI solutions

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

- Build and deploy multi-agent AI systems using Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Design advanced RAG pipelines using Azure AI Search, embeddings, hybrid search, semantic ranking, and permission-aware retrieval.
- Develop AI agents, orchestration workflows, tool integrations, and MCP servers.
- Integrate enterprise data from Microsoft Fabric, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Graph, APIs, and AWS S3.
- Build AI-facing backend services using Python, FastAPI, and C#/.NET.
- Implement AI evaluation, groundedness, relevance, retrieval accuracy, and hallucination reduction.




- Implement enterprise security using Entra ID, Managed Identity, RBAC, Key Vault, Private Endpoints, and VNet.
- Set up observability and cost monitoring using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and OpenTelemetry.
- Manage CI/CD and production deployments using Azure DevOps, Docker, ACR, Container Apps/App Service, and Bicep/ARM.
- Work with Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Queue Storage for agent state, memory, and workflows. Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry – mandatory.
- Strong experience in Agentic AI / Multi-Agent systems and Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Advanced experience in RAG and enterprise knowledge retrieval systems.
- Knowledge of Semantic Kernel / AutoGen and MCP.
- Strong Python and C#/.NET development skills.
- Experience with Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, Azure DevOps, Container Apps, ACR, and Cosmos DB.
- Strong understanding of Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identity, Key Vault, Private Endpoints, and VNet integration.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, SharePoint, Teams, and Graph APIs.
- Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and OpenTelemetry.
- Experience deploying production-grade AI workloads with security, observability, scalability, and cost control.
