Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced AI Solutions Architect to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions for complex business use cases.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, multi-agent architectures, Python, Azure OpenAI, enterprise integrations, and backend engineering. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions integrated with enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver enterprise-grade Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions using LLMs.
- Define end-to-end AI architectures with a focus on scalability, security, performance, and production readiness.
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems and workflow-based solutions.
- Translate business requirements and real-world use cases into AI-driven workflows and technical architectures.
- Integrate AI solutions with ServiceNow, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and data/analytics environments.
- Design and implement RAG, grounding, tool/function calling, and AI orchestration patterns.
- Establish best practices for observability, logging, monitoring, performance optimization, and AI safety.
- Implement AI safety mechanisms such as grounding and guardrails.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technical leadership to drive successful AI solution delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.




- 10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Solid backend development experience, preferably with Python.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise Generative AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, including GPT or similar models.
- Strong experience with Agentic AI and agent architectures.
- Solid understanding of:
- RAG Architecture
- Grounding Strategies
- Tool/Function Calling
- Prompt Engineering
- LLM Orchestration
- Experience designing orchestrator and multi-agent systems, preferably using LangGraph or similar frameworks.
- Strong experience with REST APIs and enterprise system integration.
- Experience with authentication and authorization technologies such as OAuth, Microsoft Entra ID, and RBAC.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with ServiceNow, Salesforce, ERP systems, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure OpenAI.
- Experience with container-based deployments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security, scalability, and production deployment.
- Fluent English – written and spoken is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
- Azure cloud-native AI architectures.
- AI observability and evaluation frameworks.
- AI governance, safety, and guardrails.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
