Title: AI Scientist 2 / Sr. AI Scientist

Required Educational Qualification: PhD/ MTech / BTech with relevant experience from Tier 1 Campus

Desired Experience: 3-5 Years

Job Objective

As an AI Scientist, you will design and build scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions to solve complex business problems. You will work at the intersection of research and engineering, leveraging large-scale data to develop intelligent systems that improve user experience, personalization, recommendations, predictive intelligence, and business outcomes.

As an AI Scientist, you will:

Design and develop Machine Learning algorithms and intelligent systems to extract insights from large-scale structured and unstructured data, including user profiles, behavioral data, text, images, and other multimodal data sources.

Identify high-impact business problems that can be solved using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Translate business challenges into scalable AI/ML solutions by defining problem statements, success metrics,



experimentation strategies, and measurable business outcomes.

Build data-driven Machine Learning solutions to improve personalization, recommendation systems, predictive modeling, user preference prediction, engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue optimization.

Develop intelligent models that leverage large-scale behavioral signals to enhance user understanding, content relevance, and predictive decision-making.

Apply state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques across Predictive Modeling, NLP, Information Retrieval, Semantic Search, Learning-to-Rank (LTR), Recommendation Systems, and Generative AI where appropriate.

Design scalable, distributed, and real-time AI systems capable of processing large-scale datasets using modern data processing frameworks and cloud infrastructure.

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions with measurable business impact.

Stay current with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence through research publications, open-source communities, conferences, and continuous experimentation.

Required Skills

3–5 years of hands-on industry experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, or related domains.

Strong foundation in Probability, Statistics, Linear Algebra, Optimization, and Machine Learning fundamentals.

Strong applied experience solving real-world business problems using Machine Learning techniques including classification, regression, forecasting, recommendation systems, supervised, unsupervised,



semi-supervised, and representation learning.

Hands-on experience with Deep Learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, GRUs, and Transformer-based models) using frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Strong programming skills in Python with experience using machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and related ecosystems.

Experience developing, evaluating, deploying, and monitoring Machine Learning models in production environments.

Experience working with large-scale datasets, feature engineering, data pipelines, and distributed data processing frameworks.

Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a research-oriented mindset.

Preferred

Experience with Recommendation Systems, Personalization, Information Retrieval, NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Semantic Search.

Experience building AI/ML solutions that drive measurable business outcomes such as user engagement, conversion, retention, revenue growth, or operational efficiency.

Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, model monitoring, and MLOps practices.

Publications, patents, open-source contributions, or participation in AI research communities are a plus.

Desired Skills

Ability to understand Business challenges and define solutions aligned to the needs.
