Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Research Engineer to work on advanced AI research and development across LLMs, VLMs, Computer Vision, Speech AI, and Multimodal AI. The role involves developing and evaluating AI models, experimenting with emerging techniques, and translating research into high-quality AI solutions.

Your Role Responsibilities And Duties

- Conduct applied and exploratory research across AI domains including LLMs, VLMs, Computer Vision, Speech AI, and Multimodal AI.
- Design, develop, and evaluate novel AI models, architectures, and learning algorithms.
- Research, reproduce, benchmark, and extend state-of-the-art techniques from leading AI research publications.
- Translate research papers, concepts, and ideas into high-quality prototypes and production-grade AI systems.
- Develop and experiment with next-generation AI models and foundation models.
- Design rigorous experiments, evaluate model performance, analyze results, and document technical findings.
- Optimize model training and inference through effective memory management, parallel computing,



and CPU/GPU acceleration.
- Apply techniques such as model compression, quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation to improve AI model efficiency.
- Work on novel architecture and next-generation AI algorithms across relevant research domains.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to solve challenging AI research and engineering problems.
- Contribute to technical innovation through research projects, patents, publications, and open-source initiatives.

Required Skills And Qualifications

- 5–15 years of experience in AI/ML/Deep Learning or AI Research.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in LLMs, VLMs, Computer Vision, Speech Recognition, or Multimodal AI. Saarthee – Actionable Insights
- Strong knowledge of Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and neural network architectures.
- Proficiency in Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, optimization, and statistics.
- Experience with AI model training, fine-tuning, and performance optimization.
- Solid research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Have Skills

- Experience with Transformer architectures, Foundation Models, Diffusion Models, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience training or fine-tuning large-scale AI models.
- Familiarity with CUDA, TensorRT, ONNX, Triton, distributed training, or other AI acceleration technologies.
- Demonstrated technical excellence through research projects, internships, patents, open-source contributions, or publications.
- Publications or research contributions in premier AI conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ACL, EMNLP, or SIGGRAPH.
- Exposure to AI acceleration for CPUs, GPUs, and specialized hardware.
- Experience with Speech Understanding, Multimodal AI, Reinforcement Learning, or Agentic AI.
