Role Description The AI Search Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role involves analyzing search performance across AI and eCommerce platforms, conducting keyword and intent research, and optimizing product and content visibility for Shopify brands. The specialist will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define search strategies, refine AI-powered ranking and relevance, and interpret web analytics to improve customer journeys.

Daily tasks include monitoring search metrics, preparing performance reports, testing recent optimization tactics,



and providing insights to internal stakeholders and brand partners. The role also requires staying current with trends in AI search, eCommerce, and digital optimization to continually enhance Comergent AI’s search infrastructure.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret quantitative data and performance metrics.
- Experience with research and keyword research to understand user intent and optimize visibility.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools to track, report, and improve search and conversion performance.
- Clear and effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights.
- Background in search optimization, AI search, SEO/SEM, or eCommerce analytics is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working with data tools and dashboards; exposure to AI, machine learning, or recommender systems is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
