This leadership role requires an industry veteran with 15+ years of experience in building software development, data engineering, and AI/ML practices, scaling high-performing teams, and delivering complex AI-powered solutions to global clients. Practice Leadership Strategy , Solution Development Delivery

- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the AI/ML practice, aligning with GrowthArc s business objectives.
- Build, scale, and mentor a world-class AI/ML engineering and data science team.
- Establish best practices, frameworks, and methodologies to drive excellence in AI/ML solution development.
- Drive partnerships with technology vendors, research organizations, and academic institutions to stay ahead of AI trends.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML-powered solutions across industries.
- Oversee end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycle from conceptualization to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into software applications and enterprise solutions.
- Ensure adherence to AI ethics, governance, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications Experience
- 15+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, and AI/ML practices.
- Proven expertise in scaling AI/ML teams, leading innovation, and delivering AI-driven solutions.
- Strong technical background in AI/ML,



deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and data science.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Hugging Face, AWS/GCP/Azure ML services.
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and model deployment at scale.
- Deep understanding of AI governance, fairness, ethics, and regulatory considerations.

- Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify AI/ML opportunities and drive customer adoption.

- Drive revenue growth by developing AI/ML service offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Prior experience leading AI/ML practice in a consulting, technology, or startup workplace.
- Exposure to cybersecurity, fintech, healthcare, or enterprise AI applications.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
