Job Title:

AI/ML Engineer Years of Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in the field of AI/ML Location: Pune Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in AI and Generative AI Architecture. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of designing and implementing AI solutions that drive business value (Agentic AI works are an advantage). You will work closely with cross functional teams and will be involved directly in customer facing roles to develop creative AI applications and contribute to the overall AI strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibility

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and AI agents across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Architect and implement Generative AI systems for real-world use cases
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to define AI-driven solutions
- Conduct model training, validation, A/B testing, and optimization
- Participate in technical discussions and provide thought leadership in AI/ML strategy
- Ensure responsible AI practices, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and explainability
- Solution Architecture Validation: Ability to perform solution architecture validations for LLMs.
- GenAIOps: Experience in putting Generative AI (GENAI) models into production and providing support to them.

Skills Required | Qualification

- Experience developing and deploying AI applications in AWS, GCP, and Azure
- At least 3 years of experience putting ML models into production,



with at leastone live AI agentbuilt and ready for public use.
- 2+ years in AI development, Good to have experience on AWS Sagemaker, Bedrock, Q, Transcribe, Polly, etc or Google Cloud AI ML Services Vertex, Gemini, AutoML, etc.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, CrewAI, RAG and similar tools)
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Software Engineering Skills: The ability to write clean, efficient, and reusable code is essential in MLOps roles.
- Experience with APIs: Experience in developing and using APIs can be useful for integrating models into existing applications.
- Good to have understanding knowledge on GitHub, Confluence and JIRA
- Experience of senior stakeholder management and solid communication / presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, customer-facing environment Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building Agentic AI systems or autonomous AI agents.
- Exposure to real-time inference, edge AI, or multi-modal AI applications.
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or publications in the field.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) or ML specializations is an added advantage.
