We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models, building intelligent applications, and integrating AI solutions into business processes to drive innovation and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI solutions.

Build and optimize predictive models using structured and unstructured data.

Develop AI applications using Python and contemporary AI/ML frameworks.

Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and model evaluation.

Develop and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.

Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and AI assistants.

Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders to identify AI use cases.

Deploy models into production environments and monitor model performance.

Perform model tuning and optimization to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure AI models meet security, governance, and compliance standards.
