About the Role :-

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and continuously improve AI-driven applications and intelligent automation solutions for publishing and content transformation workflows.

The role will focus on developing AI-powered agents and machine learning solutions for use cases such as alt text generation, index creation, metadata extraction and enrichment, content classification, editorial assistance, predictive analytics, and workflow automation using Large Language Models, NLP, and up-to-date AI frameworks.

The ideal candidate will combine strong AI/ML engineering skills with hands-on experience in prompt engineering, API integrations, data preprocessing, model validation, and production deployment. Understanding of publishing processes, structured content, and editorial workflows will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Develop, train, and deploy AI/ML and deep learning models for NLP, content automation, document AI, classification, predictive analytics, and related business use cases.
- Build and optimize AI agents and autonomous workflows for publishing-related tasks, including AI-powered content creation, metadata extraction, content categorization, tagging, alt text generation, index creation, and editorial workflow automation. Apply, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning algorithms and LLM prompts to improve accuracy, reliability, relevance, and production readiness.

- Clean, transform, and prepare large structured and unstructured datasets for model training, testing, validation, and evaluation. Integrate AI components, APIs, and automation pipelines into existing applications, platforms,



and publishing workflows.

- Evaluate model and prompt performance using testing, feedback loops, error analysis, and quality metrics; implement continuous improvements based on results.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, editorial teams, and other stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals.
- Monitor deployed AI systems, troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and maintain reliability in real-world production environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process guidelines, deployment standards, and reusable engineering practices.
- Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, ML frameworks, publishing technologies, and responsible AI practices.

Required Qualifications :-

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML development, software engineering, or data science, including hands-on work on AI/ML projects.
- Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with Java, R, or C++ is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and model development workflows.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, autonomous workflows,



and Generative AI solutions.
- Working knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, and/or Hugging Face.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and handling structured and unstructured content.

Experience integrating APIs, building automation pipelines, and deploying AI components into production systems.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :-

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Exposure to OCR, document AI, computer vision, multimodal AI systems, or content transformation pipelines.

- Understanding of publishing workflows, indexing concepts, metadata standards, content taxonomy, and editorial processes. Knowledge of responsible AI, model governance, data privacy, and quality assurance practices for AI systems.

Familiarity with XML, HTML, EPUB, or other structured content workflows. What We Offer :-
