Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy scalable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), deep learning, and MLOps, along with strong programming skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world business applications.
- Build and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI solutions.
- Fine-tune and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) using frameworks like Hugging Face.
- Develop AI-powered applications using LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, and vector databases.
- Build REST APIs and integrate AI models into production environments.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for model training and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver AI solutions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance and accuracy.
- Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and versioning.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn,



and Keras.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Milvus).
- Experience with SQL, MongoDB, and data preprocessing techniques.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
