Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer / Core Python Developer to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python development, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and backend development.

You will be responsible for developing scalable Python applications and building AI-powered solutions using modern Generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable applications and backend services using Core Python.
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions for real-world business requirements.
- Build Generative AI applications using LLMs.
- Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar tools.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Integrate and work with Vector Databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or ChromaDB.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Perform debugging, testing,



optimization, and performance improvements.
- Support deployment of AI applications in cloud and production environments.

Required Skills

- 4–8 years of professional experience in Python/backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Core Python.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
- Valuable understanding of RAG architecture and AI application development.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience with Vector Databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or ChromaDB.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience with Docker and Git.
- Understanding of at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have

- Experience developing AI chatbots, virtual assistants, or AI automation solutions.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning.
- Experience deploying AI/ML applications or models in production.
- Familiarity with model APIs and modern AI/ML development practices.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
