About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Developer with a strong background in behavioral analytics, personalized learning systems, and generative AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying algorithms that understand learner and mentor behaviors, predict academic and emotional needs, and create intelligent recommendation engines that adapt to individual users across academic, emotional, and lifestyle dimensions.

Key Responsibilities:

Behavioral Intelligence & Sensitivity Algorithms

- Develop algorithms to understand learner and teacher behavior, including academic progress, emotional sensitivity, stress, nutrition, sleep, lifestyle, and mood.
- Create models for tracking and adapting based on learner context, including daily activity, diet, and engagement levels.

Recommendation Engine Development

- Design and implement personalized recommendation systems for:
- Academic topics based on interest and performance
- Study partners or friends with similar learning patterns
- Ideal mentors based on subject, style, and personality match
- Focus areas where the learner needs improvement

Predictive Analytics

- Build models for performance prediction, dropout risk, emotional state prediction, and feedback loops for interventions.
- Integrate adaptive learning paths with prediction systems to optimize outcomes.

Generative AI Integration

- Leverage LLMs for adaptive content creation, explanation generation, and real-time tutoring.
- Integrate LangChain, LlamaIndex, and similar frameworks to build conversational, retrieval-augmented systems for learners.

API & Backend Integration





- Develop and deploy AI services as RESTful APIs using Flask/FastApi.
- Collaborate with frontend, data, and product teams for seamless integration.

AI Deployment & Optimization

- Deploy models on AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Monitor and retrain models using continuous feedback data from user interactions.

Required Skills & Experience: Programming & Backend

- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with Flask/FastApi for API development

AI/ML Frameworks

- Proficient in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Experience in LangChain, LlamaIndex, and transformer models

NLP & Audio/Visual Processing

- Experience with spaCy, Hugging Face, NLTK, transformers
- Familiarity with OpenCV for computer vision, Librosa or Kaldi for audio
- Exposure to OCR, multilingual analysis, and speech/text feedback systems

AI Use Case Expertise

- Experience in:

- Reinforcement Learning
- Sentiment & Mood Analysis
- User Segmentation & Profiling

- Recommendation Systems
- Real-time behavior tracking

- Generative AI content tools

Cloud & Deployment

- Proficiency in model deployment and monitoring on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiar with containerized deployment using Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
- Experience working in EdTech and Behavioral Science-focused AI products
- Strong understanding of psychometric data, adaptive learning, or human-centered AI design
