What you'll actually own ?

This is not an "assist the marketing team" role. You will run three verticals, and you'll run them with AI agents as your team.

- Performance Marketing & SEO/AEO Visibility

- Build the tracking and data infrastructure — attribution, event tracking, cohort and funnel-level reporting — so every rupee spent is measurable.
- Use AI to analyse performance data continuously, not in a monthly review deck. Spot what's working within hours, not weeks.
- Ship creative, angles, and audience tests at a volume a human-only team physically cannot match.
- Target:



multi-fold improvement in ad performance. Not 10% better. Multiples.

- Distribution : Build the AI Video & Social Media Engine

- Stand up a vertical that produces AI avatar videos at scale, across every platform that matters — Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook.
- Build organic following for our brands through consistent, high-quality AI-generated content — daily, not occasionally.
- Own the full pipeline: script → generation → editing → publishing → performance loop. Systematised, so output doesn't depend on your mood on a Tuesday.
- Treat distribution as an engineering problem, not a content calendar.

- Marketing and Sales Automation

- Build on top of our existing lead nurturing infrastructure — and make it dramatically better.
- Design AI-driven nurture sequences across WhatsApp, email, SMS, and voice that respond to actual lead behaviour.
- Improve lead quality at the top, conversion ratio in the middle, and retention at the bottom — across every business we run.
- Work with the sales team to remove every manual step that a system could do instead.

Who are You ?

- You use AI agents daily and can honestly say you work multiples faster than you did a year ago.
- You think in systems. When you solve something once, your instinct is to make sure it never needs solving again.
- You don't wait to be told what to do. You find the gap and close it.




- You're comfortable being measured on output, not hours logged.
- You want to build a company, not hold a designation

Do not Apply If :

- You're looking for "another marketing job" because you've spent a few years in marketing and this is the adjacent next step. That's exactly the wrong reason.
- You want defined working hours and clean weekends.
- You need a manager to break work into tasks for you.
- You think AI is a tool you'll "get around to learning."
- You're not ready to put in 250–300 hours a month. This is startup building — the pace is relentless, the ownership is real, and the role genuinely demands round-the-clock commitment in this phase.

Compensation and Growth :

We start at ₹18,000/month. Within the first 4–8 months, as you build systems and create measurable value, this moves up to ₹30,000/month.

Beyond that, we sit down and design a growth structure around what you've actually built — because by then you'll have proven what you're worth, and we'd rather negotiate with evidence than promises.

What you're actually getting is ownership of three verticals, direct access to the founder and business head, and the chance to build an AI-native marketing engine from zero — the kind of experience that is very hard to buy anywhere else right now.

- Passion for entrepreneurship — genuine, not aspirational.
- You've tried building something before, at any scale. A side project, a page you grew, a small agency, a failed venture. Scale doesn't matter. The attempt does.
