Looking for someone who can engineer pipeline, not just run campaigns?

Were hiring an AI-Led Go-to-Market Engineer to build and scale AI-powered outbound and demand-generation systems targeting U.S. B2B Enterprise customers.

Location: Remote

Experience: 5+ Years

Market: U.S. B2B Enterprise The Prospect

This is not a traditional SDR, Growth Marketing or RevOps role.

You’ll build the systems that connect:

Data AI Automation Outreach Meetings Pipeline

What You'll Work On

Build ICPs, personas & account segmentation

Design enterprise outbound & ABM campaigns

Build AI-powered multi-channel outreach

Create scalable personalization using AI

Build lead enrichment & qualification workflows

Integrate CRM, enrichment & automation platforms

Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize

Build dashboards to measure meetings, SQLs & pipeline

Automate repetitive GTM processes using APIs, webhooks & workflows

Must Have

Hands-on Clay experience – MANDATORY

B2B Demand Generation / RevOps / GTM Operations

U.S.



B2B outbound experience

Apollo / ZoomInfo / LinkedIn Sales Navigator

HubSpot / Salesforce

Instantly / Smartlead

OpenAI / Claude / Gemini or similar LLMs

Zapier / Make / n8n

API & webhook integrations

Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles

Excellent communication skills

Ideal Candidate

Someone who enjoys building GTM systems rather than executing repetitive tasks.

You should be comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, Data, Automation and AI — and have a proven ability to turn these systems into qualified meetings and measurable pipeline.
