About the Role

We are building a next-generation AI-powered HR-Tech platform that will transform recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate management, and online technical assessments. We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building scalable SaaS applications using modern technologies and cloud-native architecture.

You will work alongside product, AI, UI/UX, and DevOps teams to build secure, high-performance web and mobile solutions used by recruiters, enterprises, staffing firms, and job seekers.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable SaaS applications using up-to-date full-stack technologies.
- Build responsive web applications and reusable UI components.
- Develop secure backend APIs and business logic.
- Design relational database architecture and optimize queries.
- Integrate AI services and third-party APIs.
- Develop authentication and authorization systems.
- Build search and recommendation capabilities.
- Develop asynchronous background jobs and event-driven workflows.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and Product Managers.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability.
