Role Description The AI Filmmaker will be responsible for conceiving, directing, and producing short and long-form video content for Glido Labs’ branded and owned content IPs. This full time hybrid role is based in New Delhi, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing story concepts, writing scripts, planning shoots, coordinating production logistics, and working closely with AI tools to enhance creative workflows.

The role involves overseeing video production from pre-production through post-production, including editing,



motion design collaboration, and final delivery optimized for multiple platforms. The AI Filmmaker will collaborate with content strategists, designers, and marketing teams to ensure that each piece of content aligns with brand goals, audience insights, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Film Direction and Film Production skills, with the ability to lead end-to-end creative execution.
- Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including camera operation, lighting, and audio capture for various formats.
- Candidates should possess Post-Production skills, including editing, color grading, and integrating AI-assisted workflows.
- Candidates should possess Scriptwriting skills, with experience crafting narratives for social, branded, and episodic content.
- Proficiency with industry-standard video and audio editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, an understanding of platform-specific content (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), and a data-aware approach to content performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment, collaborate across creative and marketing teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant academic background in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
