Experience

- 4–6 years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, Agentic AI, RAG, and Azure AI technologies
- Strong Python developer experience
- Practical experience taking applications from development to production
- Hands-on experience building and deploying real-world AI applications
- Candidates primarily worked on traditional machine learning models without hands-on LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, or AI application development may not be suitable

Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and modern AI frameworks
- Build AI applications using OpenAI APIs, AutoGen, RAG, MCP, and related technologies
- Develop intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows for enterprise use cases
- Design and implement RAG pipelines including data ingestion, retrieval, ranking, and response generation
- Work with structured, unstructured, and graph-based data to support AI applications
- Integrate AI solutions with Azure AI Services, Azure databases, and Azure Cosmos DB/Graph capabilities
- Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions using Python
- Take AI applications through design,



development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support
- Optimize AI applications for latency, throughput, scalability, reliability, and compute/resource utilization
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and cloud teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions

Additional Responsibilities

- Develop production-grade applications and APIs
- Understand software engineering principles, debugging, testing, and version control
- Understand cloud-based application architecture and deployment
- Design reliable and maintainable AI services
- Prepare for discussions on Python coding, LLM and Generative AI concepts, Agentic AI / AutoGen, RAG architecture, MCP, Azure AI services, database and graph data handling, AI application architecture, production deployment, and performance and cost optimization

Nice To Have

- Knowledge of vector databases and similarity search
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- CI/CD and DevOps practices
- REST APIs and microservices
- Experience with Azure Functions, AKS, App Services, or similar Azure deployment services
- Knowledge of ML/AI model evaluation and observability
- Experience with vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, or similar
- Experience building enterprise-grade AI assistants, copilots, or intelligent agents
