We are looking for an AI Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to help us build enterprise-grade RAG and Agentic AI systems across our business products.

The role involves developing AI services that can understand user requests, retrieve accurate information, interact with enterprise APIs, execute approved workflows, and provide secure, traceable responses.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain RAG-based AI applications and microservices.
- Develop document ingestion pipelines for PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and scanned documents.
- Implement OCR, document chunking, metadata extraction, embeddings, and vector search.
- Develop hybrid search using semantic and keyword-based retrieval.
- Build AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate LLMs with internal APIs, databases, and business applications.
- Develop tool/function registries for controlled agent execution.
- Implement prompt design, query rewriting, response grounding, citations, and hallucination control.
- Integrate deterministic validation, RBAC, tenant isolation, and approval workflows.
- Support multi-step workflows, retries, rollback, and human approval routing.
- Build APIs and deploy AI services using Docker and cloud or VPS environments.
- Implement testing, monitoring, logging, evaluation, and performance improvements.
- Work with backend and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing applications.

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, or backend engineering.
- Solid proficiency in Python.
- Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Practical experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Good understanding of RAG architecture and LLM application development.
- Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate,



or Chroma.
- Knowledge of keyword search technologies such as OpenSearch or Elasticsearch.
- Experience working with SQL databases, preferably MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of embeddings, reranking, chunking, metadata filtering, and retrieval evaluation.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and internal microservices.
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, Redis, queues, and background workers.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, RBAC, API security, and data isolation.
- Good knowledge of software testing, debugging, and production deployment practices.

Good to Have

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, LangSmith, or RAGAS.
- Experience with OCR and multimodal document processing.
- Knowledge of Celery, RabbitMQ, Temporal, or similar workflow tools.
- Experience with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Loki, or other observability tools.
- Knowledge of machine learning, classification, anomaly detection, or predictive analytics.
- Experience working on enterprise, compliance, finance, HR, or workflow-based applications.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be able to convert business requirements into reliable AI solutions. They must understand that enterprise AI requires accuracy, security, access control, validation, monitoring, and auditability not just chatbot responses.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
