Role Overview The AI & Data Staff Augmentation BU Leader will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers, expanding strategic staffing accounts, and driving revenue growth through IT staff augmentation and workforce solutions.

This role requires an experienced hunter who understands the complete staffing lifecycle from business development and vendor onboarding to fulfillment, delivery collaboration, billing, and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and acquire new enterprise and GCC customers.

Drive end-to-end sales for IT Staff Augmentation, Contract Staffing, and Workforce Solutions.

Build relationships with Engineering Leaders, GCC Heads, Delivery Leaders, Procurement Teams, Vendor Managers, and Technology Executives.

Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, solution presentations, commercial negotiations, MSA execution, and deal closure.

Generate recent staffing opportunities across AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, ERP, Software Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Digital Engineering.





Partner closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Grow existing customer accounts through additional staffing requirements and strategic account management.

Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and quarterly revenue targets.

Understand staffing commercials including markups, billing rates, margins, and pricing strategies.

Coordinate vendor onboarding and procurement processes with enterprise customers.

Represent Senzcraft during customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Required Experience

Must have managed Staff Augmentation P&L;

Must have strong GCC network and sold to them

Good experience in selling IT Staff Augmentation, Contract Staffing, or Workforce Solutions.

Demonstrated success in closing staffing deals with enterprise customers and GCCs.

Experience securing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and preferred vendor partnerships.

Strong understanding of staffing delivery, recruitment operations, billing models, and account management.

Proven experience managing both hunting and farming sales motions.

Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding annual revenue targets.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with US and India markets is highly preferred.
