Job Title: AI Creative Director

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Creative Director to lead the creative development and execution of AI generated microfiction shows. The person will ensure that scripts, visuals, performances, edits and final episodes remain aligned with the show’s core creative vision.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Review scripts for story structure, pacing, dialogue and emotional impact

•⁠ ⁠Suggest script changes based on creative requirements and AI feasibility

•⁠ ⁠Define the visual language, tone and treatment of each show

•⁠ ⁠Guide shot breakdowns, character design, locations and cinematic approach

•⁠ ⁠Align writers, AI artists, editors and post production teams

•⁠ ⁠Review AI generated frames, videos, animatics and episode edits

•⁠ ⁠Maintain character, costume, location and narrative consistency

•⁠ ⁠Identify creative gaps and provide practical solutions

•⁠ ⁠Approve major creative decisions from script to final delivery

•⁠ ⁠Ensure every episode meets the required storytelling and quality standards

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated with AI filmmaking tools, techniques and workflows

Required Skills





•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of scripts, filmmaking and visual storytelling

•⁠ ⁠Experience in direction, screenwriting, creative production or fiction development

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of cinematography, editing, sound and post production

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of generative AI image and video workflows

•⁠ ⁠Ability to assess what can be executed effectively using AI

•⁠ ⁠Solid creative leadership and communication skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to give clear, actionable feedback across departments

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of vertical microfiction and short format storytelling

Ideal Background

•⁠ ⁠Film, direction, screenwriting, advertising or creative production background

•⁠ ⁠Experience taking fiction content from script to final delivery

•⁠ ⁠Experience leading writers, visual artists and post production teams

•⁠ ⁠Previous work with AI generated content is strongly preferred

Experience

5 to 8 years in filmmaking, direction, screenwriting, creative production or fiction content development.
