- Proven organic growth track record: took an account from 0 to ~10k followers in 1-2 months or equivalent velocity with analytics proof and live links - Demonstrated topic-identification instinct with track record of picking outperforming topics/formats - Solid storyboarding and scripting craft with portfolio examples - Daily fluency with AI video/audio tooling (Higgsfield, Runway, Pika, Kling, ElevenLabs or similar) - Strong editing craft in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere - Native understanding of platform algorithms (hooks, retention, posting cadence, format trends) - Portfolio of 10+ shipped videos made end-to-end - Comfortable being the whole content team with no handoffs - Minimum 1 year AI-tooling-native experience - Bonus: B2B SaaS or HR-tech content experience - Bonus: Faceless-channel operation experience - Must demonstrate understanding of brand-led vs founder-led content strategy - Must show ability to work with product data and analytics (PostHog) - Must be comfortable with rapid iteration based on performance metrics

Key responsibilities & outcomes

- Own social channels (YouTube/Shorts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, X) across product portfolio and grow each from zero - Identify winning topics by mining search trends, competitor content, community pain points, and product analytics - Storyboard every video before production with visual beats, hook placement, pacing maps, and pattern interrupts - Write platform-optimized scripts with hooks, retention-engineered structure, captions and CTAs - Produce 15-25 short-form videos per week using AI-first pipeline - Build reusable Remotion templates for scalable content generation - Create product demo and explainer content including screen-recorded walkthroughs and feature launches - Run weekly analytics loop tracking retention curves, hook drop-off, CTR, and follower velocity - Kill underperforming formats and double down on high-performing ones - Coordinate publishing calendar across multiple product brands

Volume & scale of operations High-volume content production: 15-25 short-form videos per week across multiple social platforms and product brands
