Role Description The Brand Designer role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad.

The Brand

Designer will create and evolve brand identities for AI-native products and ventures, translating strategy and positioning into clear visual systems, logos, typography, color palettes, and design guidelines. Day-to-day work includes designing marketing and product-facing assets, such as pitch decks, demo visuals, website and landing page designs, social content templates, and founder-facing content assets.

The Brand

Designer will collaborate closely with product, strategy,



and engineering teams to ensure brand and product alignment across touchpoints, and maintain design consistency within a scalable design system. The role also involves presenting design concepts to stakeholders, iterating based on feedback, and preparing production-ready files for digital and print use.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Brand Identity and Brand Design, with experience creating cohesive visual systems for products or ventures.
- Proficiency in Visual Design and Graphic Design for digital assets, interfaces, and marketing collateral.
- Hands-on experience in Branding, including translating positioning and strategy into visual concepts and narratives.
- Advanced skills with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with design systems.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end brand work, from concept through implementation across multiple channels.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate design decisions clearly, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and accessibility-focused design practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with tech or AI-focused products is a plus, as is familiarity with motion design or basic prototyping.
