About the Role

House of EdTech is looking for a high-energy AI Consultant to lead enterprise AI transformation programs and workforce enablement initiatives for corporate teams across functions such as HR, Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership.

This is not a traditional teaching role. The AI Consultant will work directly with enterprise teams to drive practical Generative AI adoption, conduct live workshops, solve real workplace productivity challenges, and build AI-powered workflows that improve how teams work.

The ideal candidate combines strong Generative AI expertise, business problem-solving, corporate training/facilitation skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities 1. Enterprise AI Training & Transformation

- Conduct AI bootcamps and workforce enablement programs for corporate teams.
- Deliver live online and offline training sessions across business functions.
- Drive practical AI adoption and workplace productivity initiatives.
- Train employees on real-world applications of Generative AI.

1. Corporate Workshops & Facilitation

- Conduct engaging and interactive workshops for large enterprise audiences.
- Simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical professionals.
- Handle live Q&A;, employee queries, and department-specific use cases.
- Maintain high learner engagement throughout training sessions.
- Facilitate sessions for senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

1. AI-Powered Business Solutions

- Identify repetitive workflows, inefficiencies, and productivity bottlenecks.
- Develop practical AI-powered solutions for business functions.
- Demonstrate AI use cases across HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Leadership.
- Build reusable AI workflows, playbooks, SOPs, and training assets.
- Convert business problems into scalable AI implementation frameworks.

1. AI Tools & Workflow Development

- Stay updated with emerging Generative AI tools and productivity platforms.
- Experiment with new AI tools and workflow systems.
- Apply AI tools to practical business scenarios.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing AI workflows and processes.

1. AI Content & Learning Content Creation

- Research emerging AI tools, product updates, workflows, and industry trends.
- Create educational content for working professionals.
- Write scripts for YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, webinars, and learning modules.
- Present educational content confidently on camera.
- Create AI-generated videos, AI avatars, and learning content.
- Use AI-assisted video editing and content repurposing tools.




- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop digital learning assets.

1. Learner Engagement & Adoption

- Monitor learner participation, LMS engagement, and assignment completion.
- Track AI adoption and implementation after training sessions.
- Identify challenges affecting learner adoption and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve training effectiveness.

1. Enterprise Stakeholder Management

- Work directly with enterprise stakeholders, HR teams, leadership groups, and CXO audiences.
- Represent House of EdTech during enterprise AI engagements.
- Build credibility with stakeholders through practical and outcome-driven AI solutions.
- Conduct large-scale Zoom sessions and offline workshops.

- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and AI productivity platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience conducting corporate training, workshops, or professional learning sessions.
- Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Robust business problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to identify business problems and design practical AI workflows and solutions.
- Confidence handling live Q&A; and large audiences.
- Strong storytelling and content presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong adaptability and willingness to continuously learn emerging AI technologies.

Content & Digital Skills
- Scriptwriting and educational content creation.
- Strong on-camera presentation skills.
- Familiarity with AI avatar and AI-generated content platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing and content repurposing tools.
- Understanding of YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form content formats.

Professional Qualifications & Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in AI consulting, corporate training, facilitation, L&D;, business operations, consulting, workforce transformation, or related fields.
- Experience conducting corporate training sessions or professional workshops.
- Experience working with enterprise teams or business stakeholders.
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or Leadership.
- Exposure to large-scale training delivery and learner engagement.
- Candidates from premier institutes such as IITs are strongly preferred.
- Relevant experience from leading consulting, analytics, professional services, EdTech,



or technology organizations is preferred.
