This role is not intended for candidates whose experience is limited to traditional software development or ML model development. Candidates should demonstrate a combination of AI/Copilot, automation, business process understanding, stakeholder management, and user adoption experience.

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist to drive the adoption and implementation of AI-powered automation solutions across business operations. The role will focus on leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, Power Platform, and Power Automate to automate business processes, improve productivity, and enhance user experience.

This is a business-facing AI automation role, not a traditional software development or machine learning position. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business problems, identify automation opportunities, configure AI/automation solutions, work with stakeholders, drive user adoption, and measure business impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify business processes and opportunities suitable for AI and automation.
- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, Power Platform, and Power Automate.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points and translate requirements into practical automation solutions.
- Configure, test, optimize, and continuously improve AI agents, Copilot solutions, and automated workflows.
- Develop and refine prompts, instructions, workflows, and AI experiences.
- Lead pilots and support the scaling of successful AI automation initiatives.
- Monitor solution performance, user adoption, accuracy, and business outcomes.
- Measure productivity improvements, time savings,



utilization, and other business advantages.
- Develop business cases and value realization approaches for automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data access, APIs, and advanced automation requirements.
- Support AI adoption through workshops, training, coaching, user guides, and playbooks.
- Drive change management and user adoption for new AI and automation solutions.
- Establish best practices and governance standards for AI automation.
- Stay updated on emerging AI capabilities and identify practical business applications.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in AI automation, Power Platform, business process automation, digital transformation, process improvement, or related areas.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio / AI Agents.
- Experience designing or implementing business process automation solutions.
- Solid understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
- Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI/automation solutions.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, AI instructions, or AI workflow optimization.
- Experience with user adoption, training, workshops, or change management is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Good to Have
- Power Apps / Dataverse experience.
- AI Builder or RPA experience.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, or enterprise data sources.
- Experience measuring automation ROI, productivity gains, or operational improvements.
- Experience with AI governance and responsible AI practices.
