About the Role

We're looking for an AI & Automation Mentor who can deliver engaging live online sessions while also contributing to the continuous evolution of our AI curriculum.

This role goes beyond teaching. You'll explore new AI tools, build automation workflows, design learning experiences, improve course content, and help learners apply AI to solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging live online AI and AI Automation sessions.
- Teach AI through practical demonstrations, hands-on projects, and real-world use cases.
- Help learners understand how AI can improve productivity, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Build and demonstrate AI Automation workflows using modern automation platforms.
- Create, improve, and regularly update curriculum, lesson plans, assignments, and learning resources.
- Research emerging AI tools and evaluate how they can be integrated into the curriculum.
- Design practical projects that reflect current AI and industry trends.




- Continuously improve the learning experience using learner feedback and new AI developments.
- Collaborate with the academic and product teams to build high-quality AI learning programs.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and AI Automation.
- Contribute ideas for new AI tools, workflows, projects, and learning experiences.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and AI Automation.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, NotebookLM, Gamma, Perplexity , and similar AI platforms.
- Practical experience building automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier , or similar automation platforms.
- Strong prompting skills and the ability to create practical AI workflows.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi .
- Comfortable conducting live online sessions using Google Meet or similar platforms.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching, mentoring, creating educational content, or conducting workshops.
- Experience designing, developing, or improving curriculum is highly preferred.
- Background in Computer Science, AI, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong practical AI knowledge and hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Engagement We believe in keeping the engagement structure clear and transparent from the beginning.
- Compensation: ₹500 per hour for assigned sessions and responsibilities.




- Payments follow a monthly payroll cycle based on the applicable payroll cut-off and recorded working hours.
- Hours falling after the monthly payroll cut-off will be included in the following payment cycle .
- For example, hours covered within the applicable March payroll cycle will be processed at month-end, while hours falling after the cut-off will be carried forward to the next cycle.
- Compensation may be reviewed over time based on performance, teaching quality, AI expertise, curriculum contribution, and overall contribution to Skillyug.
- Additional performance-based incentives may be introduced based on contribution, consistency, and overall performance.
- Specific engagement terms, payroll cut-off dates, working arrangements, and applicable responsibilities will be communicated clearly during selection and onboarding.

What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days, you'll:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality live AI and AI Automation sessions independently.
- Build practical AI and Automation workflows that enhance the learning experience.
- Contribute meaningful improvements to our curriculum and learning resources.
- Introduce relevant AI tools, workflows, and automation use cases into the program.
- Maintain strong learner engagement and receive positive feedback.
- Become a valuable contributor to Skillyug's AI education ecosystem.
