The Role:

We are looking for a tactical, hands-on AI & Automation Specialist to build, train, and deploy autonomous AI systems across our entire operating platform.

This role is completely department-agnostic. You will build tools and automations for Marketing, Guest Experience, Hotel Operations, Sales, and Finance alike. There are no developers or junior engineers under you to delegate to. You are the builder. You will connect systems through APIs, train domain-specific AI agents, write integration scripts, and ensure automated systems run reliably in production.

If you are a practical builder who knows how to move beyond basic prompts and construct unattended, error-resistant automated systems, this role offers complete ownership and platform-wide impact across 120+ properties.

Introduced in 2019 as the tech-enabled platform of Embassy Group, Olive Hospitality is building Indias largest up-to-date accommodation ecosystem. Our portfolio spans Olive Hotel, Spark by Hilton (exclusive India partner), and Open Hotels across 120+ properties in 22+ cities. We build, design, operate, and market everything in-house through an AI-native operating model.

What You Will Own & Execute

- Custom AI Agent Training & Deployment: Design, train, and fine-tune domain-specific AI agents. Build structured system prompts, ground agents with knowledge bases (RAG), integrate tool-calling capabilities, and set up guardrails so agents autonomously handle multi-step operational tasks.
- Department-Agnostic Workflow Automations: Audit manual processes across Marketing, Guest Experience, Front Desk Operations, Sales, HR, and Financethen design and deploy self-executing workflows to replace manual overhead.




- API & System Integrations: Connect disconnected tools, PMS platforms, webhooks, databases, and third-party software using custom scripts, low-code integration architectures, and API endpoints.
- AI Marketing & Growth Loops: Build intelligent lead nurture sequences, automated content processing pipelines, dynamic asset generation loops, and local search visibility tools.
- Operations & Reporting Pipelines: Automate multi-channel data dashboards, guest review sentiment tracking, and real-time operational alerts for property management teams.
- System Reliability & Error Handling: Build resilient automations with built-in retries, fallbacks, logging, and human-in-the-loop review steps so systems run 24/7 without breaking silently.

What We Are Looking For

- 24 Years of Practical Building: Proven track record of building and deploying functional automation workflows and AI integrations that run unattended in production environments.
- Agentic AI & Prompt Engineering: Deep experience designing, testing, and training AI agents, connecting LLMs to external tools/APIs, and setting up structured data outputs.
- Department-Agnostic Mindset: Ability to map workflows across any business unit (Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing) and engineer lean, automated replacements.
- Technical & API Proficiency:



Strong understanding of webhooks, REST APIs, JSON data structures, scripting, and modern automation tools.
- Autonomous Doer: You don't wait for detailed spec sheets; you spot operational friction, build a prototype agent or workflow, test edge cases, and push it live.
