AI Architect

Location: Hyderabad, India

Team: AI Platform / Engineering

Experience: 8+ years overall, with 4+ years in AI/ML architecture

We’re looking for an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and strategy of next-generation AI/ML systems.

You’ll partner with engineering leadership, data science, and product teams to define scalable AI architecture across GenAI, LLM-powered products, RAG, agentic AI, and intelligent automation.

What You’ll Do

- Define and own end-to-end AI/ML architecture across platforms and product lines
- Evaluate and adopt AI/LLM technologies including RAG, fine-tuning, and agentic systems
- Translate business objectives into scalable AI strategies and technical architectures
- Design reliable, scalable, and cost-productive AI infrastructure
- Establish best practices for AI development, deployment, safety, and governance
- Drive technical decisions across model selection, data pipelines, model serving, vector databases, and tooling
- Mentor and guide ML engineers and data scientists
- Lead cross-functional AI initiatives from concept through production

What We’re Looking For




- 8+ years of software/systems engineering experience, including 4+ years in AI/ML architecture
- Robust experience designing and scaling ML/AI systems in production
- Deep understanding of LLMs, GenAI, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks
- Experience with ML infrastructure, including training clusters, model serving, embeddings, and vector databases
- Strong Python skills; Go, Java, or Scala is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional AI initiatives
- Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Vertex AI, Amazon SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent

Nice to Have
- Experience with responsible AI, model governance, and AI safety
- Open-source contributions or published AI/ML research
- Experience in high-scale consumer technology environments
