The AI Analytics & Reporting Consultant participates in all stages of the Human Capital Management implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support) providing and performing in depth AI solutioning related to creating and reporting on certain analytics and insights externally to customers and internally for efficiency.

Responsibilities include; gathering client requirements, configuring the reporting and dashboard solutions via in depth AI applications to meet documented client requirements, setting and managing client expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy AI assisted reports and dashboards across a number of Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms
- Provide timely reporting solutions enabling ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and optimize return on investment
- Provide and perform in depth AI solutioning related to creating and reporting on certain analytics and insights externally to customers and internally for efficiency
- Document/validate client business requirements and map to dashboard and reporting functionality
- Configure/train AI tools to assist across multiple HCM platforms to meet client’s business requirements
- Conduct consulting sessions (phone/in-person) and document with meeting minutes
- Attend internal project meetings and provide status on activities and deliverables
- Apply AI related functional and technical expertise to effectively execute requirements definition, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing, training and full deployment
- Consult and advise clients through the reporting/dashboard implementation process on best practices that maximize value and return on investment
- Collaborate with the project team, internal partners, external client,



and third parties to ensure the successful delivery of desired outcomes
- Responsible for managing the integrity, accuracy, and maintenance of customer data
- Audit data and and AI tools, techniques and methods as needed
- Be a “go-to” resource for specific AI related topics inclusive of reporting, dashboards and process improvement

Qualifications:

Technical

- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering and/or data science
- AI expertise with AI models (Claude and ChatGPT required)
- Experience working with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching
- Proven ability to analyze data and determine conclusions
- Demonstrated critical thinking: reviewing numbers, trends, and data yielding conclusions based on the findings
- Attention to Detail. Must be vigilant in your analysis to come to correct conclusions. • Superior math skills
- Highest level of integrity in working with highly confidential client and customer data
- Understanding software development lifecycle
- Experience in business process mapping
- Demonstrated proficiency in relational databases including SQL & XML
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
