We are now building the next generation of Agentic AI systems—AI agents that can reason, collaborate, use tools, access knowledge, make decisions, and execute complex real-world workflows.

We are looking for an exceptional AI Agentic Systems Lead who wants to build these systems from the ground up.

? The OpportunityWe are looking for a hands-on builder who has experience developing production-grade Agentic AI systems and understands how to take an idea from 0 → 1 → production.

You will

- Architect and build production-grade multi-agent AI systems
- Design agent orchestration, planning, memory, communication, and tool-use architectures
- Build agents that execute real-world workflows
- Develop RAG and knowledge-grounded agent systems
- Integrate agents with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and external tools
- Implement agent evaluation, observability, reliability, and monitoring
- Evaluate emerging Agentic AI frameworks, models, and protocols
- Lead and mentor a small AI engineering team while remaining deeply hands-on
- Own architecture, technical decisions, delivery, and outcomes
- Move rapidly from idea → prototype → production

We are looking for a builder, not a technology follower.

? What You Will Build – Agentic HealthcareExamples include:

- AI-assisted clinical workflows
- Multi-agent patient support systems
- Clinical knowledge and decision-support agents
- Patient follow-up and care coordination
- Medical information retrieval and reasoning
- Healthcare workflow automation




- Agents interacting with EMRs, APIs, messaging platforms, and other healthcare systems

? What You Will Build – Agentic EducationExamples include:
- AI tutoring agents
- Multi-agent personalized learning systems
- Student assessment and feedback agents
- Teacher and coordinator assistants
- Curriculum and learning-path agents
- Educational content generation and verification
- Agents integrated with learning platforms and educational tools

Our objective is simple

Build AI systems that can actually do useful work for people—not just talk about doing it.

? What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for candidates with 2–3+ years of relevant AI/software engineering experience, including meaningful hands-on experience building and deploying AI agent systems.

You should be able to demonstrate experience with:

- Multi-agent orchestration
- Agent-to-agent communication and coordination
- Tool calling and function execution
- Planning and task decomposition
- Agent memory and state management
- RAG and knowledge-grounded agents
- Human-in-the-loop workflows
- Agent evaluation and observability
- Production deployment and monitoring

Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar technologies is valuable.

However, we care more about what you have built than which framework you used.

? Strong Software Engineering SkillsWe are looking for hands-on experience with technologies such as:

Python | FastAPI | REST APIs | PostgreSQL | Redis | Docker | Git | Cloud | Async/Event-Driven Architectures | Third-Party APIs

Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.

?️ You Must Be a BuilderWe are particularly interested in people who:





- Start with the problem rather than the technology
- Can rapidly turn ideas into working prototypes
- Are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
- Can take products from 0 → 1
- Debug and solve difficult problems independently
- Think about reliability, latency, cost, security, and user experience
- Constantly experiment with new AI models, frameworks, and capabilities
- Can distinguish genuinely useful technology from hype

You should be the kind of person who sees a new AI capability and immediately thinks:

“What can I build with this?”

? Founder-Type MindsetYou don't need to have been a founder.

But you should bring a founder's sense of ownership, urgency, curiosity, and accountability.

We want someone who takes responsibility for outcomes, challenges assumptions constructively, identifies problems before they become blockers, and cares deeply about building something that works.

? Hands-On LeadershipThis is a hands-on technical leadership role, not a pure management position.

You will help define technical direction, review architecture and code, mentor engineers, establish engineering standards, remove blockers, and build a culture of experimentation and execution.

You will still be expected to write code and build systems.
