Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Agent Developer who has experience in building and deploying AI Agents using multiple AI/LLM platforms, including OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini, xAI (Grok), and other leading AI models.

The candidate will work with our team to understand business requirements and develop AI Agents and automated workflows for HR, Recruitment, Operations, Sales, Customer Support, Documentation, and Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents for business processes.
- Design, build, and deploy AI Agents using multiple LLM platforms such as OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini, xAI (Grok), and other leading AI models.
- Develop agents that can interact with APIs, databases, documents, websites, and business applications.
- Create multi-step and multi-agent workflows for business automation.
- Integrate different LLMs and select the appropriate model for specific use cases.
- Develop RAG-based AI assistants using company documents and knowledge bases.
- Integrate AI Agents with APIs, databases, CRM/HRMS, email, WhatsApp, and other business applications.
- Use AI Agent frameworks and automation platforms such as n8n, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar technologies.
- Test, optimize, and improve AI Agent performance and reliability.
- Provide documentation, deployment support, and maintenance.

Required Skills:





- Proven expertise in designing, building, and deploying AI Agents for real-world business applications.
- Strong proficiency across multiple LLM platforms, including OpenAI/ChatGPT, Anthropic/Claude, Google Gemini, xAI/Grok, and other leading AI models.
- Strong understanding of AI Agent architecture, including tool calling, function calling, APIs, memory, RAG, and multi-step AI workflows.
- Demonstrated experience with AI Agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in AI automation platforms such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Robust programming skills in Python with the ability to integrate REST APIs and third-party applications.
- Sound knowledge of prompt engineering, vector databases, RAG, and LLM-based application development.
- Ability to independently translate business requirements into functional AI Agents and take solutions from concept to deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to evaluate and select the right AI model, framework, and approach for different use cases.
- Ability to work with multiple AI tools and quickly adapt to new and emerging AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Portfolio of completed AI Agent projects.
- Experience developing AI Agents for business automation.
- Experience with n8n, LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Git and cloud deployment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
