Role & responsibilities
Focus on expanding organization market presence, establishing robust relationship with customers and achieving sales target
- Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve loan sourcing, login, disbursement, and ENR targets.
- Cross-sell liabilities, insurance, and other banking products.
- Monitor portfolio health, renewals, PDDs, and portfolio triggers.
- Minimize NPA slippages and support recovery efforts.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, RBI, and Bank guidelines.
- Track performance and support business growth initiatives.
