The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate, with a proven track record of implementing scalable, production-ready agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using Copilot Studio
- Build and customize applications using Power Apps
- Develop and manage workflows and automations using Power Automate
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing agents and automations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and developers
- Maintain documentation and best practices for development and deployment
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid hands-on experience with Copilot Studio
- Solid expertise in Power Apps
- Deep knowledge of Power Automate (flows, RPA, integrations)
- Experience building and delivering enterprise-level AI agents or automation solutions
- Proficiency in integrating Microsoft Power Platform with external systems
- Understanding of security, governance, and compliance within Power Platform
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
