Role Purpose

Support the Project P&L; in driving profitability, business strategy, project execution, and operational excellence for a large-scale real estate development in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Co-own project P&L;, revenue, cost, cash flow, and profitability targets.
- Drive business planning, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management and performance reviews.
- Drive project execution across development, sales, marketing, finance, approvals, and customer experience functions.
- Identify value enhancement, cost optimization, and risk mitigation opportunities.
- Monitor and drive project timelines, delivery milestones, RERA compliance, and operational KPIs.
- Support stakeholder management including investors, partners, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide strategic inputs on product positioning, pricing, sales velocity, and market opportunities.

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Commercial Head

Education: MBA/Engineering preferred

Work Experience

- 5-8 years of experience in real estate development, business operations,



or project P&L; management.
- Strong exposure to P&L; management, strategy, project execution, and cross-functional engagements.
- Ability to drive business performance in large residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Excellent financial acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder management capability.
