Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary The candidate will be responsible for complete project execution from mobilization to commissioning while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall execution of assigned solar project.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, EHV and Transmission Line functions.
- Ensure achievement of contractual milestones.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning and Commercial teams.
- Monitor daily construction progress and contractor productivity.
- Review construction methodology and resource deployment.
- Manage client, consultant and statutory authority interactions.
- Coordinate grid connectivity,



commissioning and synchronization activities.
- Conduct weekly progress reviews and implement recovery plans.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality requirements.
- Support commercial certification and contractor billing.
- Lead project handover and close-out.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience in executing 50 MW or larger utility-scale solar projects.
- Experience in EPC organizations.
- Solid leadership and contractor management skills.
- Familiarity with GETCO/PGVCL/GUVNL requirements will be preferred.
