Job Summary

Chronograph Project Consultants LLP is looking for an experienced AGM – Projects / Construction with 20+ years of proven experience in high-end residential projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end project execution, construction management, planning, quality, cost control, contracts, consultants and contractor management, with the ability to lead large and complex luxury residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of high-end/luxury residential projects.
- Manage project execution from pre-construction through completion and handover.
- Monitor project cost, quality, progress, safety and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, PMC, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Manage civil, structural, architectural, finishing, MEP and external development works.
- Review project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Identify delays and implement effective recovery plans.
- Monitor project budgets, BOQs, variations and commercial aspects.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.




- Lead project review meetings and provide regular MIS/progress reports to management.
- Manage project risks and resolve critical execution issues.
- Ensure proper resource planning and utilization.
- Drive snagging, finishing, testing & commissioning and final handover.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project objectives.

Candidate Requirements
- 20+ years of total experience in construction/project management.
- Strong and proven experience in high-end / luxury residential projects is mandatory.
- Experience in luxury apartments, villas, premium residences, gated communities or large residential developments will be preferred.
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, architectural finishes and MEP coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates from reputed Real Estate Developers, EPC, Construction or PMC organizations are preferred.
