Roles and Responsibilities:

- Advise Product Owners on agile product practices, backlog refinement, and prioritization to support delivery goals.
- Support product management planning, roadmap alignment, and product release readiness.
- Use SQL and data analysis to evaluate product performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure product outcomes are measurable.
- Maintain clear product documentation and communicate product status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.

Skills Required:

- 11-13 years of relevant experience in Product Management / Product Ownership
- Strong experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development practices




- Experience in backlog management, refinement, prioritization, and roadmap planning
- Strong Data Analysis skills for product decision-making
- Hands-on experience with SQL
- Ability to analyze product performance, trends, and business metrics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into product outcomes

Valuable to Have:
- Experience in the Healthcare domain
- Knowledge of product release and delivery processes
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira / Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of healthcare products, processes, or systems

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
