About the Role

BR TechGeeks Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Trainer to deliver hands-on practical training sessions for students and working professionals. The trainer should have strong expertise in building AI agents, AI workflows, LLM applications, automation tools, and real-world AI projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical, project-based training on Agentic AI concepts.
- Train students on AI agent development using modern frameworks and tools.
- Conduct hands-on sessions, workshops, and live demonstrations.
- Guide learners in building real-world Agentic AI applications and projects.
- Create training materials, assignments, and assessment tasks.
- Provide mentorship and technical support during training sessions.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and Agentic AI.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with OpenAI APIs, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI Agent frameworks such as:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- CrewAI
- AutoGen
- LlamaIndex
- Knowledge of Python programming.




- Experience with Prompt Engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Understanding of AI workflow automation tools.
- Experience integrating APIs, databases, and external tools with AI agents.
- Ability to explain complex concepts through practical demonstrations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in delivering technical training programs.
- Industry experience in AI/ML projects.
- Portfolio of Agentic AI projects or GitHub repositories.
- Certifications in Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
