Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-ready autonomous AI agents and intelligent workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, and AI orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Agentic AI and autonomous AI agents for enterprise use cases.
- Build multi-step reasoning, planning, tool-calling, and multi-agent workflows.
- Develop agent solutions using LangGraph / LangChain and similar frameworks.
- Integrate and work with LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models.
- Implement RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and agent memory.
- Build reliable agent orchestration with appropriate error handling, retries, and guardrails.
- Implement observability, evaluation, testing, and CI/CD for AI agent systems.
- Deploy AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Apply security practices including prompt-injection protection, access controls, and responsible AI principles.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related fields.




- Expert-level Python skills.
- Strong understanding of async programming, concurrency, and orchestration.
- Hands-on experience building Agentic AI / Autonomous AI systems.
- Experience with ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, and Multi-Agent architectures.
- Strong experience with LangGraph / LangChain.
- Practical experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Robust knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and agent memory.
- Experience with MLOps/AgentOps, observability, evaluation, and CI/CD.
- Experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Good to Have
- Experience with Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Enterprise copilot or autonomous workflow development experience.
- Experience with LoRA/fine-tuning.
- Knowledge of multi-agent collaboration and negotiation.
- Experience implementing AI guardrails and responsible AI practices.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who can take Agentic AI solutions from architecture and development through testing, deployment, monitoring, and production optimization.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month
