We are looking for a Sales Manager – Agency Channel to build and manage a team of insurance advisors and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents/advisors.
- Train, guide and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.
- Generate new business through the agency team.
- Monitor agent performance and improve productivity.
- Conduct field visits and meet agents/customers.
- Support agents in customer meetings and sales closures.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Maintain good relationships with agents and customers.




- Ensure quality business and policy renewals.
- Follow company policies and IRDAI guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Good knowledge of sales and business development.
- Must be comfortable with field sales work.
- Valuable communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage a team.
- Age up to 30 years.
- Graduate candidates preferred.
