We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Affiliate Marketing with solid experience in the CPS (Cost Per Sale) vertical. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of affiliate marketing, experience in onboarding and managing brands/advertisers, and the ability to identify, negotiate, and scale CPS campaigns.

Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new brands/advertisers, developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and scaling affiliate campaigns, with a primary focus on CPS campaigns across domestic and international markets.

The role requires strong knowledge of the affiliate ecosystem, sales funnel, campaign performance, tracking platforms, publisher/affiliate networks, and commercial negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new brands and advertisers for Affrise Media's affiliate marketing business.
- Drive business development with a primary focus on CPS campaigns across domestic and international markets.
- Research and identify brands with strong potential for affiliate and performance marketing partnerships.
- Pitch Affrise Media's affiliate marketing solutions and understand the advertiser's acquisition and sales objectives.
- Negotiate commercials, payouts, commission structures, campaign terms, and budgets with advertisers.
- Manage the complete business development cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and scaling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities to increase campaign volumes, conversions, revenue,



and overall account value.
- Work closely with the affiliate/publisher team to ensure campaigns have the right publisher mix and sufficient scale.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Analyze key performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, conversion rate, revenue, ROI, EPC, and sales volume.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new CPS opportunities, advertisers, offers, and market trends.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding campaign performance, targets, payouts, and optimization requirements.
- Prepare and maintain business development reports, pipelines, forecasts, and performance trackers using Excel/Google Sheets.

CPS Expertise – Primary Requirement The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of the CPS affiliate marketing model, including:

- Understanding how Cost Per Sale campaigns work from advertiser to affiliate/publisher.
- Experience working with e-commerce, D2C, retail, travel, finance, subscription, or other CPS-focused campaigns.
- Knowledge of commission structures, sale validation, reversals, cancellations, approval rates, attribution, and conversion quality.
- Ability to evaluate whether a brand/offer is suitable for affiliate marketing.
- Understanding of publisher requirements, campaign restrictions, traffic sources, promotional methods, and affiliate compliance.
- Ability to negotiate competitive CPS payouts/commissions while maintaining campaign profitability.
- Experience in scaling and optimizing CPS campaigns based on performance data.
- Understanding of affiliate sales funnels and the factors impacting conversion and revenue.

Affiliate Marketing Knowledge While CPS will be the primary vertical,



the candidate should also have working knowledge of:

- CPA – Cost Per Acquisition
- CPL – Cost Per Lead
- CPI – Cost Per Install
- Affiliate networks and publishers
- Web and mobile affiliate campaigns
- Tracking and attribution
- Campaign optimization
- Affiliate sales funnels
- Conversion and revenue metrics

Tracking & Technology Hands-on knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms such as:
- HasOffers / Tune
- Trackier
- Affise

Understanding of tracking concepts such as click tracking, postbacks, conversion tracking, attribution, sub-IDs, and campaign reporting will be an advantage.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, performance marketing, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in CPS affiliate marketing is mandatory/preferred.
- Proven experience in brand/advertiser acquisition and campaign onboarding.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing terminology, campaign structures, and performance metrics.
- Excellent business communication, negotiation, pitching, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to independently identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with domestic and/or international clients will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms such as Trackier, Affise, or HasOffers/Tune is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field preferred.

What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is commercially driven, confident in client conversations, and genuinely understands the affiliate ecosystem — particularly the CPS vertical.

The ideal candidate should be able to find the right brands, pitch them effectively, negotiate commercials, onboard campaigns, work with internal affiliate teams, and ultimately scale campaigns into meaningful revenue opportunities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
