About the Role

ATI Academy is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Aesthetic Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical treatments and support our hands-on educational environment. In this role, you will perform advanced non-surgical cosmetic procedures, conduct patient consultations, and assist in mentoring clinical trainees on safety, facial anatomy, and proper injection technique.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive facial consultations, aesthetic assessments, and patient-centered treatment plans.

Administer cosmetic injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators) and skin rejuvenation therapies following strict safety protocols.





Educate clients on pre- and post-procedure care, managing treatment expectations with transparency and empathy.

Support lead instructors during live-model training sessions, demonstrating best practices and safe technique.

Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR), consent forms, and detailed clinical documentation.

Manage product inventory, maintain a sterile workplace, and handle adverse event protocols if complications arise.

Stay current on evolving aesthetic technologies, regulatory compliance guidelines, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.

1–2+ years of clinical experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or plastic surgery.

Demonstrated expertise in facial anatomy, vascular danger zones, and cosmetic injection techniques.

Certification in cosmetic injectables (botulinum toxins and dermal fillers) preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient safety and ethical care.
