As an AES Oracle HCM - Recruiting, Core HR, Talent - Manager - Operate, you will lead and manage client service accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional Oracle Human Capital solutions. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will be at the forefront of transforming business processes through innovative Oracle applications. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to mentor junior staff, strategically plan projects, and drive client engagement workstreams.

You will play a crucial role in developing high-quality deliverables, utilizing your business knowledge and strategic planning abilities to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities





- Leading Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) projects, focusing on recruiting, core HR, and talent management
- Managing client support operations to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of Oracle HCM solutions
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher to develop and deploy scalable solutions
- Overseeing project budgeting and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes
- Implementing business process improvements and change management strategies to drive organizational transformation
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address human capital challenges
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices in Oracle HCM implementations
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within Oracle HCM frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for workforce analytics and strategic human resource planning to improve business performance

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher for data-driven insights
- Managing Human Resources Transformation projects with strategic planning
- Leveraging Oracle SQL Developer for database management
