Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AEP Developer / Integration Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to support customer data management, integration, and activation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing XDM schemas, managing datasets, implementing identity resolution strategies, and integrating customer data across multiple systems within Adobe Experience Platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain XDM Schemas aligned with business and marketing requirements.
- Create, configure, and manage AEP Datasets for customer data ingestion, storage, and governance.
- Implement and optimize Identity Mapping strategies to enable accurate customer profile unification.
- Configure and manage Identity Namespaces, Identity Graphs, and identity stitching processes within AEP.
- Support batch and streaming data ingestion from multiple source systems.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across customer data platforms.
- Collaborate with business, analytics, marketing, and engineering teams to define data models and integration requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, schema validation, and identity resolution.
- Implement AEP best practices for performance, scalability, security, and governance.




- Support integration of AEP with Adobe and third-party applications as required.

Required Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in data integration, customer data platforms, or marketing technology implementations.
- Robust hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Expertise in XDM Schema Design, schema modeling, and profile-enabled schemas.
- Experience creating and managing Datasets and data ingestion workflows.
- Strong understanding of Identity Mapping, Identity Graph, and customer profile unification concepts.
- Experience configuring and managing Identity Namespaces in AEP.
- Hands-on experience with batch and streaming ingestion processes.
- Good understanding of customer data architecture and data transformation concepts.
- Experience troubleshooting AEP ingestion, schema, and identity-related issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Campaign.
- Knowledge of APIs, ETL tools, and cloud-based data integration platforms.
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Adobe Experience Platform certifications will be an added advantage.
